External Workforce Operations Coordinator
EYEWO Operations Coordinator providing transactional support to EY's global contingent workforce program using SAP Fieldglass. Responsible for onboarding, escalation management, and data accuracy.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide efficient and quality transactional support to internal EY managers, employees, contractors and external suppliers
- Monitor and action Fieldglass dashboard escalations
- Action onboarding requests and data updates
- Review and add job templates to SAP Fieldglass
- Generate global system standard reports using the Fieldglass system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous systems experience
- Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (SAP Fieldglass preferred)
- Experience in supporting transactional tasks and help desk queries
- Office experience within a busy and challenging administrative role or client focused environment
- Experience of supporting remote stakeholders in English language (verbal and written)
- Degree or commensurate experience
