About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The selected candidate will join a team designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on ServiceNow for large national and international clients.
  • Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
  • Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Indicative minimum experience of 5+ years in full stack software development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, major design patterns, and clean code best practices.
  • Full stack development experience (backend + frontend).
  • Familiarity with testing strategies (unit, integration) and a strong focus on software quality.
  • Frontend Experience with one or more modern component based frameworks/libraries: React, Angular, Vue.js, Web Components.
  • Code Review Structured experience in identifying architectural, security, performance, and readability issues in third party code.
  • AI Assisted Development Practical use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent within everyday development workflows.
  • Critical understanding of the strengths and limitations of generative AI in software development.
  • Advanced comprehension of English, B2–C1 — good production.
