About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create user-centric designs for web and digital applications.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Convert business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
  • Execute UI designs aligned with usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
  • Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.
  • Participate in UX discovery sessions, brainstorming workshops, and requirement discussions.
  • Conduct basic UX research activities such as competitor analysis, heuristic reviews, and user journey mapping.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business teams, product owners, and senior designers.
  • Support usability improvements through feedback analysis and iterative design enhancements.
  • Prepare client presentations, design walkthroughs, and documentation using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets and project deliverables.
  • Maintain design quality and adherence to brand and UX guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in UX UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX UI projects and problem-solving approach
  • Good understanding of: User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Design Thinking, Wireframing & Prototyping, Responsive Design, Design Systems
  • Hands-on experience with: Figma, FigJam, Microsoft Apps, Miro or similar collaboration tools, Adobe CC
  • Understanding of usability principles and accessibility basics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and client-focused environments
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
