About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create user-centric designs for web and digital applications.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Convert business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Execute UI designs aligned with usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.
- Participate in UX discovery sessions, brainstorming workshops, and requirement discussions.
- Conduct basic UX research activities such as competitor analysis, heuristic reviews, and user journey mapping.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business teams, product owners, and senior designers.
- Support usability improvements through feedback analysis and iterative design enhancements.
- Prepare client presentations, design walkthroughs, and documentation using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of design assets and project deliverables.
- Maintain design quality and adherence to brand and UX guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in UX UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX UI projects and problem-solving approach
- Good understanding of: User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Design Thinking, Wireframing & Prototyping, Responsive Design, Design Systems
- Hands-on experience with: Figma, FigJam, Microsoft Apps, Miro or similar collaboration tools, Adobe CC
- Understanding of usability principles and accessibility basics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and client-focused environments
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
