About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project Management and Coordination: Take on complex project tasks and enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination and communication
- Support project team on engagement management and coordination activities, including leading project meetings
- Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s)
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting with the use of applications like Power Bi, Visio, SharePoint. etc
- Support junior colleagues with PMO processes knowledge and activities
- Look for and implement various process improvements based on acquired knowledge in project methodologies and consult on the best practices
- Client Relationship and Quality Improvement
- Regularly interface with engagement teams, develop strong working relationships
- Be insightful about the services the engagement provides and utilize this knowledge to offer insightful improvement suggestions and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate, preferably Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics/Project Management or Master’s degree
- Confidence in dealing with senior-level contacts, both internally and externally
- Strong analytical/numerical skills and high degree of accuracy
- Proactiveness and flexibility
- Ability to function as part of a team
- Organization and self-discipline
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Previous relevant industry or project management experience of 3-5 years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication - both written and verbal
- Experience in simple PMO activities, incl. leading project meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring effective communication among team members
- Experience in developing strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with project documentation, reports, and presentations that adhere to organizational standards
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
