About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning their talent acquisition strategy with SmartRecruiters’ capabilities
- Provide thought leadership on modern recruiting practices and digital adoption
- Application specific solution consulting and implementation support
- At least two E2E SF RCM and RMK implementation and support experiences
- Ready to perform the client facing role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years of experience in SAP SF
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and SmartRecruiters by SAP
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects in a consulting environment
