Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI/AI strategies for the Insurance industry
  • Champion and oversee the successful integration of Gen AI tools
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Oversee the development, training and deployment of Gen AI models
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical considerations
  • Get involved in business development and client engagement
  • Contribute to the growth of the Gen AI ecosystem within the company
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in Gen AI
  • Present and communicate results and insights to clients
  • Manage a team of Gen AI specialists and provide direction
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts and developers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 10 years of experience in AI and advanced analytics
  • More than 5 years specializing in insurance analytics
  • Strong track record of building and deploying analytical solutions
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in data science, AI, Gen AI, or AI/ML
  • Engineering or quantitative background - preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Generative AI and Solution design concepts
  • Strong expertise in the application of AI techniques
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry
  • High expertise in Python and next generation technologies
  • Experience in using LLM models on cloud platforms
  • Proficient in programming languages relevant to Gen AI
  • Experience in Agentic frameworks building and deploying
  • Understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Git version control and Agile development experience
  • Ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively
