About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Connect with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance across platforms
- Convert complex datasets into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-ready reports (PowerPoint storytelling)
- Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Develop data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
- Build dashboards and performance reports using social media analytics tools
- Conduct social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams based on performance data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in reporting and analytics deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and influencer teams to align performance insights with business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data analytics, social media measurement, or digital marketing performance
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards and reporting tools
- Strong collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams
