Key responsibilities & impact- Ideating and executing the firm-wide events
- Working knowledge of planning, organizing, coordinating, and designing the overall event
- Responsible for end-to-end events execution
- Bringing creative ideas for the execution of the event
- Keeping up to date on competition/industry
- Knowledge of experiential events/virtual events
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Post-event report/dashboards
- Database management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualification graduate/PG
- Experience 3+ years
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
- Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
- Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy
- Adaptable and creative in approach.
