About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You conduct process surveys, interviews, documentation and audits — identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You analyze company data, detect anomalies, patterns and correlations — contributing significantly to the quality of audits.
  • On annual financial statement audits, you work side-by-side with experienced colleagues — in teams of 3 to 10 people.
  • Whether in bootcamps, individual training or directly on projects — you will grow every day.
  • We fully support you on your path to becoming a certified auditor, providing personal mentoring and all training opportunities you need to reach your goal.
  • Whether client meetings on site, direct collaboration in the office or remote days — your workday is varied and regularly brings you into new environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/Economics or Finance — ideally with a focus on Taxation, Accounting or Controlling.
  • Enthusiasm for numbers and economic interrelations, with strong analytical thinking.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Strong team spirit, high motivation and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
