About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end SAP Group Reporting implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Lead the preparation, review, and validation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end group consolidation figures
  • Handle large and complex IFRS consolidation processes and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP
  • Manage consolidation of business unit performance and deliver periodic management reporting for Actuals, Budgets, and Forecasts
  • Perform analysis of reported figures and follow up with regional finance managers/controllers to resolve discrepancies
  • Support consolidation activities related to new acquisitions, divestitures, and changes in consolidation scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in managing and implementing SAP Consolidation projects (BPC / BCS / EC-CS / BOFC), including at least 4 years on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Consolidation solutions including SAP BPC, SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, BOFC, and ECC
  • Minimum 4/5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
  • Proven experience implementing and managing consolidation projects across multiple legal entities
  • Deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards
  • Strong configuration expertise in legal and management consolidation processes
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring SAP FICO objects (at least one full-cycle project)
