About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Employee Central
- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 7 yrs
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Must have done at least one end to end implementation
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
