Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree and licensed (in good standing) to practice law in Canada
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of Canadian business immigration experience
  • Experience in managing temporary and permanent residence applications
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to provide technical legal expertise and proactive strategic business solutions
  • Knowledge of Quebec immigration regulations is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal French language skills, bilingualism in French and English is a definite asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
  • High level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information
