About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help companies address challenges associated with globally mobile workforce
- Manage delivery of Canadian business immigration services
- Contribute to developing solutions for clients
- Prepare, review, and submit applications
- Making submissions to ports of entry, consulates, and visa posts worldwide
- Manage client deliverables and expectations
- Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel
- Manage law clerks and client service team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and licensed (in good standing) to practice law in Canada
- Minimum of 1-5 years of Canadian business immigration experience
- Experience in managing temporary and permanent residence applications
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to provide technical legal expertise and proactive strategic business solutions
- Knowledge of Quebec immigration regulations is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal French language skills, bilingualism in French and English is a definite asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information
