About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the delivery of Canadian business immigration services
  • Contribute to developing solutions for diverse clients
  • Provide technical legal expertise and proactive business solutions
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications in a high-volume environment
  • Make submissions to ports of entry, consulates, and visa posts worldwide
  • Manage client deliverables and expectations
  • Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree and licensed (in good standing) to practice law in Canada
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of Canadian business immigration experience
  • Experience managing temporary and permanent residence applications for high volume engagements
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to provide proactive and strategic business solutions
  • Knowledge of Quebec immigration regulations is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal French language skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a definite asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
