About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design of end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder) aligned with business objectives
- Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical architecture and specifications
- Define and enforce non-functional requirements including performance, security, scalability, and compliance
- Act as the technical authority across engagements, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards
- Conduct code reviews and design validations to ensure solution quality, maintainability, and performance
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Support business development and pre-sales activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Manage and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 6–8 years in software development or technical consulting
- at least 3 years in Power Platform leadership roles
- Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or equivalent
- Deep expertise in Power Platform components and integrations
- Experience with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and security frameworks
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset for Québec-based projects.
