About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the EW CNS Learning Business Partner in driving execution of EW Learning Priorities
- Assist in managing core learning processes including nomination and budget planning
- Support development of EW Learning events and PMO work
- Act as a trusted advisor to the EW Learning Business Partner and Senior Business stakeholders
- Provide support in preparing for stakeholder meetings and calls
- Collaborate in evaluation and analysis of EW training initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience in Learning, People Development, Program Management, Talent, or a related function
- Strong project and process management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage deadlines
- Clear and effective communication with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident use of digital tools and practical experience with Microsoft Copilot
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
