About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the firm’s growth and development
- Successfully deliver on project engagements
- Lead and facilitate client working sessions
- Provide expertise and leadership in knowledge area
- Support sales and business development pursuits
- Advise project delivery team during Build and Test activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12-16 years of experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Integrations, ACT, Reports, etc.)
- Workforce Software Certifications: PT101, PT102 (Mandatory); PT103, PT120 & 125, PT141 (Good to have)
- Proven hands-on experience in Workforce Software Modules
- Strong functional understanding of Workforce Software business processes
- Experience of working in a consulting environment
- Experience in team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
