About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Fiori applications
  • Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and other relevant technologies
  • Design and develop applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)
  • Optimize SAP CAPM application performance and troubleshoot issues using event handlers, logs, and Node.js debugging tools
  • Implement OData services and manage data models in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Activate and Configure Standard Fiori Applications
  • Customize and enhance existing Fiori applications to meet specific client needs
  • Conduct testing and debugging of Fiori applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Fiori applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Fiori applications with existing SAP systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong background in SAP Fiori application development and implementation
  • Deep understanding of SAP UI5 and related technologies
  • Proven experience as an SAP Fiori Consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SAPUI5, Fiori design principles, and SAP Gateway
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SAP development, specifically with the Cloud Application Programming Model
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js or Java programming
  • Strong knowledge of CAPM Backend & Frontend UI Annotations.
  • SAP certification in Fiori, CAPM or related areas is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
