Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and support Dayforce HR Core, including employee records, organizational structure, position management, and related HR components
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dayforce Core HR solutions
  • Ensure solution design aligns with compliance needs, operational efficiency, and Dayforce functionality limits
  • Oversee end-to-end testing across HR processes and integrations as part of the broader HCM implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 - 9 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Core HR (Organization Structure, Forms & Workflows, Work Assignments) consulting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Certification in Dayforce-Core HR
