About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and support Dayforce HR Core, including employee records, organizational structure, position management, and related HR components
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dayforce Core HR solutions
- Ensure solution design aligns with compliance needs, operational efficiency, and Dayforce functionality limits
- Oversee end-to-end testing across HR processes and integrations as part of the broader HCM implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Core HR (Organization Structure, Forms & Workflows, Work Assignments) consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Certification in Dayforce-Core HR
