About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical workstreams for Workday implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
- Gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Configure integrations, reports, security, BPs, and data loads
- Support release management, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Work directly with client stakeholders and guide junior consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 10-13 years of IT and HR technology expertise
- Proven track record in Workday HCM, integrations, and payroll
- Strong leadership skills to manage technical teams
- Workday certification (significant advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Knowledge of integrations like Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PICOF, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards
- Understanding of Domain & BP Security, Role-based Access, SoD
