About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, mentor and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts
Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions
Prepare and review state Tax returns and other relevant disclosure statements and jurisdictions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure use of methodologies, tools and technology specific to tax.
Identify the issues on an engagement and resolve them.
Provide balanced and constructive feedback with specific behavioral examples to team members.
Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating commitment and optimism.
Build positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate/Post graduate in a finance, numerical or statistical background
EA certification will be an added advantage
3-4 Years of relevant State and local taxes experience.
