About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work to solve client problems using ServiceNow platform
- Build innovative products which solve client’s problems
- Manage CMDB including defining and enabling processes for CMDB maintenance
- Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system
- Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products that meet needs
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a development role
- ServiceNow CSA certification plus any CIS is mandatory
- ITIL foundations certification a plus
- Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories
- Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features
