About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work to solve client problems using ServiceNow platform
  • Build innovative products which solve client’s problems
  • Manage CMDB including defining and enabling processes for CMDB maintenance
  • Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system
  • Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products that meet needs
  • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
  • Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a development role
  • ServiceNow CSA certification plus any CIS is mandatory
  • ITIL foundations certification a plus
  • Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories
  • Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features
