About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the support, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance systems
- Manage cross functional and technical team including driving functional and technical discussions
- Provide Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP FICO solutions and designs
- Mentor and train junior SAP functional and technical Team Members, sharing best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- 8–12 years in SAP functional roles, specifically with multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA CFIN implementations
- Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
- Ability to manage cross functional and technical team, give them directions and drive functional and technical discussions with various stake holders
- Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a complex, multi-platform environment
- Extensive in client management working with various regions in a global setting
- Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams
- Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions
