About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive performance reporting and financial analysis related to Growth & Innovation initiatives.
  • Focus on traditional performance management while also playing a key role in establishing 'next generation' reporting frameworks.
  • Define and develop the metrics needed to effectively assess performance in Growth & Innovation and to understand its contribution to EY’s overall business success.
  • Analyze business performance by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations that enable business leaders to quickly understand performance and underlying drivers.
  • Collaborate across EY (Super Regions, Service Lines, Finance, and Markets) to develop strategic and operational plans and forecasts for Growth & Innovation.
  • Utilize EY’s Opportunity and Engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business growth and client delivery.
  • Support planning and forecasting for Growth & Innovation categories.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.
  • Take ownership of issue management and resolution, ensuring delivery of exceptional client service to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with EY’s financial policies and governance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (e.g., Accounting, Finance).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or business analysis, preferably within professional services.
  • Advanced skills in financial/markets reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in developing innovative reporting frameworks and defining key performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Analysis Servers, Excel).
