About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer business requirements and articulate them in user stories, business requirement documents
- Act as a liaison between the business client and technical team
- Support client’s organizational transformation goals
- Analyze methodologies and frameworks for requirements and execution of projects
- Perform Gap analysis
- Define scope and objectives aligned with overall business strategies
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions & workshops
- Engage at the pre-sales stage to ensure understanding of business drivers
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User stories, Success criteria, Business case development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Not above 12 years of overall experience
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA
- Business Analyst certification preferred
- Strong knowledge in business case writing & BPM (Business process management)
- Strong knowledge in Process design and reengineering
- Experience in Program and Project Management Life Cycle (Waterfall and Agile Methodologies)
- Experience with SAP, ERP, Integration platforms, MuleSoft, SDLC & financial services, MS Dynamics, DevOps
