About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand customer business requirements and articulate them to technical teams
  • Act as a liaison between business clients and technical teams
  • Support client’s organizational transformation goals
  • Define scope and objectives and formulate systems aligned with business strategies
  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions and workshops
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, success criteria, and business case development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Not above 12 years of experience
  • 6+ relevant years of experience
  • Graduation + MBA
  • Business Analyst certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of business case writing & BPM
  • Strong knowledge in process design and reengineering
  • Experience with stakeholder management and gap analysis
