About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer business requirements and articulate them to technical teams
- Act as a liaison between business clients and technical teams
- Support client’s organizational transformation goals
- Define scope and objectives and formulate systems aligned with business strategies
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and workshops
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, success criteria, and business case development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Not above 12 years of experience
- 6+ relevant years of experience
- Graduation + MBA
- Business Analyst certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of business case writing & BPM
- Strong knowledge in process design and reengineering
- Experience with stakeholder management and gap analysis
