About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of high-performance Java applications
  • Participate in and lead architecture and technical design decisions
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Perform code reviews and support team development
  • Resolve complex issues and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Advanced English (C2)
  • Extensive experience in Java 8+ development and enterprise application architecture
  • Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP, and engineering best practices
  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Technical leadership skills, mentoring, and code review experience
  • Experience using GenAI / AI tools applied to software development
