About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital engineering operations engagements across multiple client engagements
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
  • Manage support and maintenance of engineering applications (Java., Python, .NET, MEAN or MERN stack applications)
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance using best practices, problem management and tools
  • Drive operational excellence through ticket reduction, automation, AI, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage daily operations, administration, optimization, automating operational tasks and reduces toil
  • Manage and improve ITSM processes such as incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, change management and release management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with business goals
  • Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Drive solution, and support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client workshops
  • Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or managed services
  • At least 5 years in leading delivery and solution
  • Expertise in full stack engineering skills such as Java Full stack or .NET Full stack or MEAN or MERN stack
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and full stack architecture
  • Experience with engineering platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cloud certifications, or DevOps certifications are a plus
