About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the Test Automation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and develop client relationships to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth by providing innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Play an architect role in designing scalable and efficient automation frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate/Post Graduate with strong technical background
- 10- 15 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Junit, Playwright) and frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
