About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop and implement data solutions on AWS using AWS Glue, Apache Spark and Amazon Redshift.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data pipelines.
  • Create and manage ETL processes with AWS Glue to extract, transform and load data from diverse sources.
  • Optimize data processing workflows in Apache Spark to ensure efficient data handling and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data models and schemas in Amazon Redshift to support reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Document processes, architecture and data best practices to promote knowledge sharing and compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English - C2 (there will be interaction with an international client).
  • Experience in ServiceNow administration roles or similar.
  • Experience working in medium to large organizations, preferably in the financial sector or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and corporate systems governance.
  • Administration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem).
  • Configuration and customization of workflows and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of access controls and security (roles, groups, ACLs).
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (plus).
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks (plus).
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow (plus).
  • Proactive and collaborative profile with strong technical communication skills.
