About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents.
  • Stay up to date on new platform features and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field;
  • Advanced/Fluent English - C2 (there will be interaction with international clients);
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong command of the platform and development practices.
  • Previous experience in technology companies, consultancies, or large-scale corporate projects.
  • Development and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Integrations via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Knowledge of workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Experience in international projects.
