About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in configuring and developing functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support gathering and understanding business requirements together with senior colleagues.
- Help implement catalog items, workflows, portals, and self‑service components.
- Participate in customizing ServiceNow elements such as service catalogs, knowledge bases, forms, and UI policies.
- Learn how to work with integrations and platform automation tools (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
- Follow platform governance rules to ensure consistent and compliant configurations.
- Prepare basic technical documentation, perform simple unit tests, and support deployment activities.
- Cooperate closely with architects and more experienced developers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participation in ServiceNow Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
- Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new ServiceNow solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow concepts.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript (must‑have).
- Interest in building solutions on enterprise platforms.
- Willingness to develop in ServiceNow and pursue certifications (CSA/CIS in the future).
- Up to 1 year of experience with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, or similar platforms (internships welcome).
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Bachelor’s or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Any previous exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery.
