About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the business in delivering operational, learning, and compliance KPIs
- Identify, recommend and drive process improvements and automations that add value for stakeholders
- Perform regular analysis of budgets, actual and forecasted results, productivity and utilization, as well as ad hoc analyses to meet business needs
- Collaborate in the budgeting process by creating headcount development plans and utilization targets
- Act as a business advisor to consulting client-facing teams and leadership by providing timely reports, presentations, dashboards, and insights
- Liaise with other departments within the delivery center (HR, Recruitment, Finance, Experience Management, Procurement) to clarify exceptions, improve processes, and solve challenges
- Prepare reports and perform quality reviews of generated reports
- Ensure process documentation is completed and archived
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Minimum 6 years of working experience
- Very good English communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong client service focus with a sense of urgency in resolving issues
- Flexibility in adapting to constantly changing priorities
- Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
