About the role

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions across industries
Manage project teams delivering AI use cases and ensure solutions meet business requirements and governance standards
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI implementation with stakeholders
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business consultants to integrate AI models into enterprise ecosystems
Guide adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace) for financial document analysis, reporting automation, virtual assistants
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, explainable, and compliant with clients’ needs
Support proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA
Mentor junior professionals and contribute to growing EY’s AI offerings and capabilities

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related)
Solid hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, or enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)
Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows such as document summarization, search, code generation, or chatbots
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions
Experience managing the full AI lifecycle: data prep, model training, validation, MLOps, and post-deployment monitoring
A strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex AI-enabled projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technical domains
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to drive innovation in ambiguous environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel, as required
Consulting experience with a top-tier firm (ideal)
Domain knowledge in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecom, or Retail (ideal)
Experience with data architecture patterns including data mesh, data fabric, or hybrid data strategies (ideal)
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
