Provide clients with business perspective on SAP technology to improve operations
Lead and deliver quality SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) projects
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities
Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions
Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting
Lead complete workflows and architect solutions including functional design
Manage and organize test solutions and documentation
Lead teams to complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
Establish relationships with client personnel
Consistently deliver quality client services
Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholder communication
Lead and direct diverse teams and provide feedback/coaching
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate and manage new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field and 8 years of related work experience (5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience)
Alternatively, a Master’s degree in relevant fields and 7 years of related work experience
7 years providing SAP consulting services to external clientele (strategy, design, configuration, implementation)
7 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP modules: FI/CO
6 years of experience in S4/HANA or any combination of S4/HANA and ERP
4 full lifecycle SAP FI/CO implementations
6 years of experience creating and leading SAP FI/CO workshops
6 years of experience in designing and presenting client-facing PowerPoint presentations
7 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team members and onsite process architects
7 years translation of business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions
5 years leading SAP implementation teams
4 years project management experience including scope, timing, resource allocation, performance
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international.
