About the role

  • Define, develop, and implement global standards to support the development of high-quality tech-driven tax solutions
  • Oversee governance and risk controls for AI, blockchain, and other emerging technologies in tax processes
  • Collaborate with global leaders to embed quality standards into the delivery of tax services
  • Remain up to date with emerging technologies, analyze implications for tax services
  • Communicate key technology risks and strategies for mitigation to both Client Technology leaders and Tax leaders
  • Develop an understanding of tax compliance and tax advisory services and market strategies

Requirements

  • Undergraduate/University degree; advanced degree in a technology related qualification
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in technology
  • Expertise in emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact with, respond to, and influence leaders at all levels
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Flexibility to accommodate calls and meetings across time zones
