About the role

  • Focus on EY’s clients across various sectors, Financial Services, Corporates, Public Sector (Infrastructure, Government and Health)
  • Drive opportunities, relationships and profitable revenue from Salesforce-led digital transformation service proposition
  • Develop own network and relationships at the client, understand issues and develop robust functional capability maps
  • Collaborate with other functional SMEs, Sector SMEs, programme leads, workstream leads, client stakeholders
  • Create, maintain and drive the execution of the relationship map and plan
  • Lead development of relationships where EY has no existing relationship and support connections for specialists to win work
  • Help lead the scoping, shaping and sizing of EY’s bids and proposals

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years consulting experience leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies
  • Two Salesforce certifications
  • Ability to articulate the value of Salesforce as a platform in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion
  • Experience in designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and leading ISV solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
