About the role

  • You will advise our clients and work on all types of financing, whether bank or bond-related (corporate, acquisition, LBO, real estate, project finance — energy and infrastructure, etc.)
  • You will be involved in the structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalization and post-closing monitoring of transactions alongside a syndicate of lenders or a borrower.
  • You will be integrated into a team dedicated to Financing Law.
  • You are beginning to manage projects autonomously and to be a source of proposals.
  • You are starting to take initiative and to be able to critically review delegated tasks.

Requirements

  • Holder of the CAPA (French Bar Certificate) and a Master 2 (LL.M. equivalent) in Business Law and/or Banking & Finance Law and/or General Private Law
  • You have initial professional experience in Financing Law gained at law firms and/or financial institutions and/or corporates
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written — professional experience abroad would be an asset.
