Deliver IT projects to schedule, budget and quality.
Lead the development of project charters and scopes.
Ensure alignment with relevant EY stakeholder playbooks.
Execute project management processes focusing on technology integration into construction phases.
Monitor and control project activities.
Manage risks, issues, and changes across projects.
Report variances to approved project baseline.
Conduct gate reviews and quality assurance assessments.
Collaborate with project stakeholder teams to develop business cases.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
15 to 20 years in a corporate IT environment
10 to 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction-related IT projects.
Relevant experience in technical fields such as deployment/implementation, and infrastructure within the construction industry.
Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2).
Familiarity with ITIL v2 or v3.
Work experience in a professional services industry, particularly in a construction based technology deployment role.
