Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of developers
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce technical architecture experience on enterprise projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML & HTML
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware tools
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
Demonstratable familiarity and hands-on experience with relational database concepts
Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
Willingness to travel based on client needs.
