About the role
- Lead engagements on a wide range of tax areas and processes
- Devise strategic outcomes to complex tax issues
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients
- Review staff work product
- Drive delivery of services to meet deadlines
- Develop internal team members
- Manage engagement economics
- Keep up to date on trends, developments, and legislation related to the clients
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
- CPA or JD
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
- A proven record in a professional services environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
