About the role
- Drive growth within assigned geography/large offices
- Originate new sales opportunities and expand strategic relationships
- Lead overall profitable account growth focusing on margin and long-term value
- Build and sustain strong C-suite and senior-level relationships
- Provide regular updates to the US Core Growth Sales Leader
- Represent the market alongside the Office Managing Partner at key events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12-15+ years’ current experience with EY or similar strong track record
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic account experience, with an emphasis on originating and closing new business
