Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, or extensive manufacturing experience
- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing consulting environment
- Expertise focusing on manufacturing efficiency, capability, and cost reduction
- Ability to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 60-80% of the time
- Driver’s license and passport required
- Proven ability to manage and guide less experienced colleagues
- Experience in supporting service opportunities and assisting in RFP responses
- Capability to manage engagement economic reports and oversee resource plans and budgets
- Extensive experience implementing shop floor improvements leveraging IWS, TPM, Reliability Engineering Analytics, Lean, Six Sigma
- Strong familiarity working with manufacturing systems including MES, CMMS, Line Event Data, Excel, Simulation Modelling
- Experience in high-speed consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing
