Support and manage GBS transformation initiatives in one or more of the following areas: GBS Strategy & Operating Model Support, Sector‑Focused Delivery, Cross‑Functional GBS Transformation, Project Leadership & Client Management, Practice Development, Thought Leadership.
Collaborate with digital teams to integrate AI, RPA, data platforms, and intelligent workflows.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and approximately 5–7 years of related work experience; or a master’s with approximately 4–6 years of related experience.
Experience in finance advisory services focused on operating model design, performance management, shared services, or outsourcing advisory.
Experience supporting or managing Finance Transformation or ERP‑related initiatives.
Experience leading teams and managing workstream delivery.
