About the role
- Install and configure specific applications
- Monitor application platforms and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application platform issues
- Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries
- Participate in overall data platform architecture and strategy
- Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer success or customer-facing engineering roles
- Large scale implementation experience with complex solutions environment
- Experience with Linux command line
- 5+ years experience in cloud ops / kubernetes application deployment and management
- Experience with Attribute-based Access Control (ABAC), Virtual Director Services (VDS), PING Federate or Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Knowledge of the software development process and design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, and verbal
- Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
