About the role

  • Help clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.
  • Transform controls to standardize and simplify frameworks across the organization.
  • Define processes and procedures to enable regulatory compliance.
  • Assess and design health compliance program and operational effectiveness and assist with development and implementation of corrective action plans to address regulatory deficiencies.
  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Manage project delivery.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's related work experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
  • - Assessing, designing and implementing health compliance program and operational effectiveness;
  • - Determining audit preparedness and mitigation for regulatory reviews;
  • - Assisting with development, remediation and implementation of corrective action plans for regulatory deficiencies;
  • - Project management and engagement closure.
  • Must have 2 years of experience working in one of the following regulatory compliance models: SOX, FDA, FERC/NERC, HIPAA, Medicare or Medicaid.
  • Must be eligible to obtain certification in one of the following: AIGP, CA, ACA, CIA, CISA, CMA, CMDA, CPA, CQA, CRISC, FSA, GARP-FRM, GARP-SCR, IRM-ERM, IRM-ORM, ISF-Level 3, RAC, or RIMS-CRMP within 1 year from date of hire.
