Assist clients to deliver business transformations into globally integrated operations in the Oil and Gas industry
Help clients design and establish governance models including TMOs, PMOs, and/or PPMOs
Work with senior leadership teams to implement change and create capability to drive change
Identify opportunities to drive digital innovation within the energy sector
Assist clients with Transformation Program Design, Project Digital Innovation, Capability Roadmap Development and Execution, Assessments and Process Design
Apply program management knowledge and domain experience to deliver sustainable value
Provide counseling and mentorship to junior consultants
Manage and motivate teams of professionals
Consistently deliver quality client services and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive Oil and Gas industry work experience
Alternatively, Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of Oil and Gas industry work experience
4 years of experience leading Oil and Gas business functions in transformation Program/PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design
Experience in process design and re-engineering, maturity assessment, capability roadmap development, end-to-end technology, business change implementation, and PPM Technology design and implementation
3 years of external client-facing consulting experience in Business or technology consulting
3 years of professional services experience with at least 1 year in a multinational consulting firm
3 years of external client-facing consulting experience in the Oil and Gas commercial sector
3 years of experience utilizing modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
2 years of experience utilizing project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera)
2 years of experience with Agile work management tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira)
2 years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
2 years of experience with automation tools (PowerAutomate, UiPath)
1 year of experience in engagement financial planning/management
1 year of experience supporting Oil and Gas business development efforts
1 year of experience managing, leading, and developing a project team of staff/senior consulting professionals
1 year of experience supporting internal business strategies in areas like learning and development, recruitment, knowledge management, branding, products and capabilities, go-to-market strategy
Requires travel up to 80%, including 20% international.
