About the role

  • You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area
  • You'll participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks
  • Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certification
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solutions in compliance with best practices
  • Hands-on experience with data models and knowledge of XML
  • Proficiency in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint
  • Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
  • A higher education degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ideally, you'll also have German or other language knowledge
