About the role
- 생성형 AI (Generative AI), RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agent 등 최신 AI 기술 기반 업무 프로세스 혁신 및 개선
- 고객사의 비즈니스 요구사항을 심층적으로 분석하여 AI 시스템 구축 요건 설계
- AI 시스템 구축 전 PoC(Proof of Concept) 또는 파일럿 수행
- In-depth 업무 분석을 통한 업무 개선 영역 발굴 및 개선 요건/과제 도출
- Data 활용을 위한 business 전략 수립 및 Data Driven Decision Making 문화 확산을 위한 과제 도출
- Data 플랫폼 구축을 위한 요건 도출
- Data를 활용한 심화 Analytics 수행 및 모델링, Business Initiative 도출
- AI, Machine Learning을 활용한 Analytics 고도화
- Data Governance 체계 수립 (Data 수집/관리/보안 방안 수립 등)
- 시각화 BI Tool 활용한 Report 요건 도출
- 다차원 분석 지원을 위한 분석 영역 고도화
Requirements
- 국내외대학 4년제 졸업자
- 유관 경력 2-15년 보유자
- 데이터/디지털 전략 컨설팅 또는 비즈니스 경험자
- AI 및 생성형 AI (Generative AI), RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agent 등 최신 AI 기술을 활용한 비즈니스 혁신 경험자
- 내/외부 현황 분석 및 선진사 벤치마킹, 비전/전략 방향 수립, 과제 도출, 추진 로드맵 수립 수행 경험자
- MS Office 능숙하게 다루는 자 (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- 업무 내용 관련 자격증 및 실무 경험자 우대
