About the role

  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines while facilitating the review and approval processes for marketing assets.
  • Assist and coordinate with leaders and executive assistants in the creation of digital bios for AI thought leaders on ey.com, known as “people profiles.”
  • Support teams in the preparation and submission of Global and US SCORE initiatives related to AI marketing.
  • Organize, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant internal and external distribution lists for AI marketing communications.
  • Maintain key operational calendars and trackers specific to AI marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
  • Project Management experience – ideally professionally qualified.
  • Proactive in following up with leaders and teams to secure approvals and advance projects through SCORE.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to following through on projects.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while functioning independently and exercising sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with standard software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and O365 applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms, web content management platforms, data analytics, etc.
