About the role

  • Help our clients implement measures in the context of Operational Resilience.
  • Advise our clients with solutions for identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring non-financial risks.
  • Be at the forefront of the ideation process internally to streamline our operations and externally to bolster our clients' resilience activities.
  • Shape the future of risk management.

Requirements

  • A university degree (BA/S or MA/S), ideally with subjects linked to financial services
  • 6+ years of work experience in the financial services sector, either in a control function (e.g. BCM, TPRM) or through consulting work
  • Experience in Operational Resilience, BCM and/or TPRM
  • Optional: Experience in IT Risk or Information Security is a plus
  • Experience in managing and leading project teams and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in driving business development activities such as responding to requests for proposals and go-to-market activities, as well as strong knowledge in MS Office tools (specifically MS PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
